Paccess Packaging believes that compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) is an important part of the Code of Conduct because it reinforces the importance of adhering to ethical and legal business practices.

We will adhere to our Code of Conduct, and actively resolve issues as they surface. The Leadership Council encourages you to submit suggestions, raise your concerns, and report any misconduct that you observe. We will provide a safe, comfortable and convenient way to communicate your position.

The information you transmit will be directed to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. You have our assurance that your comments will be heard and addressed. We appreciate your support.

Reporting Options

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

• OR

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
